Commission...Calgary Expo 2007

I recently was invited to exhibit @ the Calgary Expo 2007, on April 29th..... I was contacted previously to do a commission of an attendees characters...of course I went for it when I saw one of his characters was a tiger.... Here is a scan of the commission, I actually really enjoyed doing this one, hopefully Erik enjoyed it just as much....

Pictures of my time @ the Expo will soon follow...

Hey Dave,

Just wanted to give you a huge thank you for your presentation at SJSU. It was very inspiring, and definitely helped me focus on some things I have not noticed before. Also, thanks for all the comments you made about my portfolio...I'll fix the feet!

Take care, and nice meeting you.

She has wings so she probably doesn't need to ride the tiger... but why fly when you can ride a frikkin TIGER!! I tried to ride a tigger once. I'm no longer allowed at any Disney parks or resorts.

Coh,

I like the faerie and tiger...nice.

I keep your book "The Art of Animal Character Design" perched up on my book case, as on-display for anyone who comes into my office. It's the first thing they see when they come in. And, you wouldn't believe the comments I get and interest in your book.

The Bev says hello!
