Greetings, my name is David Colman and although I still dream of becoming a lion tamer I make my living as a character design and story artist in the wonderful animation industry. I have worked for Sony Imageworks,Sony Pictures Animation, Sony TV Animation, Cartoon Network and currently @Disney Feature Animation.

Really great, I like that you broke away form the damsel in distress or the connotation of mermaids as being sorta weaklings. The one on the rock is downright sinister!
